Week 2 : Zamzar -converting files
I found Zamzar pretty easy to use and simple to explain to customers, if there is a need. Several times we had customers who have saved their document on USB and wants to print and can't open them . We could not assist them then and now through this training we will be able to do so. Well done Tosca!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heh Zamzar can be a beautiful thing. May pay to remind customers that sometimes the returned email link isn't instant. If you catch it at the right time it's great. But if you don't - EEK. Well done! Week 2 complete :)
Well done, a very useful tool which we can use to assist our customers :)
